As sad as it is that I paid so much, the memories outweigh the money, so I'm going to keep it, hang it in on a wall with a lot of light and ignore the huge pixels.
Neither was the case that Grandma missed the instructions about not using an IPhone.because there were none or at least none that a novice could understand! I was told even making the photo smaller wouldn't help, so I could destroy the photo, send a photo of it destroyed, and then be given a refund of the photo. I thought perhaps because hubby was Black that his complexion was the issue, but it turns out that wasn't the case. Apparently, the photo that I took with my iPhone 11 was enlarged too much, so the pixels were too large. I contacted customer service about my product when it arrived, because my husband's face is so dark across his eyes, which looked fine in the proof before giving final approval.
